What is a Discovery Call?

Think of it as a chat.

It's a way for me to know more about your health goal, or issues you're struggling with on your health and wellness journey, so I can assess if coaching is the best solution for you. And if it's not, I'll guide you as to what could be the best course of action and refer you to the best wellness specialist that would be of help to you.

It's also a way to assess if I'm the best person to help you on your journey, and for you to see if you would actually like to work with me.

You can ask all the questions you would like to know about health coaching, how the sessions go and the pricing packages. However, since the call has a short time limit, I'd suggest you visit the FAQ page here.

If you have any other questions that wasn't answered there, be sure to write it down and ask away in our discovery call.

Tips for the best Discovery Call experience

1. Read the FAQ page.

2. Write down any questions you have (other than the ones you found in the FAQ section, so you don't forget anything.)

3. Think of the healthy lifestyle you wish you could be living right now, write down what does it look like and what do you want to start working on first.

4. I'll have my camera on and I suggest you do too, as this is how we'll have our coaching sessions (if we decide to work together) but it's okay if you'd prefer not to, for this call, it's not a must.
