I’m an ICF- Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Meditation Teacher (and ex-clinical pharmacist) who’s purpose in this world is to help as many people as possible find their version of a healthy life and actually get to live it in their own pace. I do that through my 1:1 coaching, guided meditations, online programs (coming your way soon ^_^), video content, wellness blog posts and even some lifestyle tools that will help you on your journey to better health and wellbeing.
