I’m an ICF-Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Meditation Teacher (and ex-clinical pharmacist) who’s purpose in this world is to help as many people as possible finally reach their dream wellness goals and live the healthy lifestyle of their dreams.

I do that through my 1:1 Holistic Coaching, guided meditations, digital programs, a wellness newsletter and lifestyle tools and products (physical and online) that will help you on your journey to reach your dream health and wellbeing.
